  • The pint of milk
  • 8 red egg
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • Savoie
  • rum


Beat in a saucepan the yolks by adding sugar and flour by melting with a little ‘milk and, stirring constantly. Boil the remaining hot milk and add it gradually and cream that have previously prepared. Boil for about 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Prepare a pan with ladyfingers soaked in rum or other liquor in the desired contour. Pour the cream by a layer of ladyfingers, cream, and so one until all the ingredients. Let cool and serve.
